  ***** I've never in my life lived in a building before that refused to turn on the air conditioning/heat in the hallways of the building.. It's literally 90 degrees in ALL the hallways for the past few days during the heatwave... THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR YEARS! it's the same thing in winter with heat.. the hallways are freezing cold... Are we supposed to open our doors and cool the hallways ourselves Hudson Lights???

  Booked a tour a week before flying into this area, the tour was supposed to be at 9:30am, AI named Skylar kept mailing/texting me several times confirming the tour, it was even trying to do some extra marketing with those emails/texts, and then on the actual tour date around 9am (I was almost there at the apartment) actual human being texted me that the tour can't happen cause he's occupied. No sorry, no apology, just cancelling the tour. Very bad example of leveraging AI cause it's completely misaligned with reality (=actual schedule of the management) and such major conflict should have been notified well in advance either by AI or human.

  The concierge is extremely rude to the guests.<br>He is just sitting there and watching a match on his phone, when asked about something he is extremely rude to the face.

  The website advertises Open House but then when you arrive the leasing agent agent says you must make an appointment online first. And it's not like the agent was not present. Very unprofessional and lazy.
