  I'm not the kind of person who ever comes online to write reviews, but I've had a few striking experiences here at this apartment complex that I'd like to share:<br><br>The buildings themselves are beautiful and very well maintained. Props to the maintenance staff, who clearly do a great job keeping the property in excellent condition.<br><br>Unfortunately, what takes away from the overall experience is the interaction you may have as soon as you walk through the door at the 100 building with the front desk attendant, Juan. Every time I've had to interact with him, I've greeted him with a smile and politely asked about whatever business brought me to the building. In return, I've consistently been met with scowls, eye rolls, and an unnecessarily unfriendly tone. I understand having a bad day--we all have them--but this has happened on multiple occasions now; I've seen the other negative reviews here about him, and it's presenting as a long-standing problem.<br><br>What's particularly f

  If you own an EV, this apartment is one of the worst places you could choose.<br><br>EV parking costs more than a regular parking space, yet your assigned parking spot doesn't even come with a charger. Instead, you have to compete for only four shared charging stations. Residents are limited to just four reservations per week, which is already far from sufficient.<br><br>To make matters worse, one of the chargers is frequently out of service. Even when you manage to reserve a time slot, people often leave their cars plugged in long after their reservation ends. If that happens, you simply lose your charging session because there is no effective enforcement, leaving you unable to charge your car.<br><br>The front desk staff have always tried their best to help coordinate and contact residents, and I appreciate their efforts. However, this is clearly not something the front desk can solve. The real problem is poor management and inadequate infrastructure.<br><br>Some residents have perma

  We lived at The Modern in Fort Lee for almost nine years, and it was a fantastic experience. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Whenever we needed anything, it was taken care of quickly. The building is well managed, and we really enjoyed living there. I would happily recommend The Modern to anyone looking for a great place to live in Fort Lee.
