Recently had to schedule a telehealth visit for a back issue. The team was very responsive via email with all my questions and they had available same day time slots for the visit. I met with Dr Gloria, who listened, was very kind & was able to put me on the right road to recovery! My medications were available at my local pharmacy straight away too. Thank you to the entire team and Dr Nimo! I will definitely be coming back for my urgent care needs.

My vanity door broke when I tried closing it as I was exiting the shower and the glass fell on my ankle and I needed 5 stitches. I went to this urgent care and Sierra Jones the nurse and Mona Gothi the PA were incredibly patient and nice. I was so happy with the care. They also allowed to call to go over my wound care with them. Use this urgent care they are good people

This was my first horrible experience. Due to owner/director Dr. Chek, who refused treatment on telehealth and demanded I come in. As someone with a tremendous amount of medical trauma of the past decades, I have never been for ed to do a walk in when it was safer to do a telehealth appointment. Wasn't that why we did them during covid? Why does this man want me to come in so badly? I have also been sexually assaulted in the past by a chiropractor, and this forced walk in visit insistence makes me extremely uncomfortable. There is absolutely no reason for an urgent care to demand a patient come in when the patient knows very well that it is unnecessary, and possibly more expensive to my insurance. I am a single mom of a six year old with no family support except my insurance case manager, lawyers, and other organizations that are helping me with day to day functions while I go to specialists regularly and am looking for a pcp that treats me with dignity and respect, and does not humili

The medical assistant was so nice, I wish remember her name, but she is extremely nice. I believe she is going to medical school. The provider was very knowledgeable. Overall all the staff were nice.
