In 1979, The Green House Preschool and Kindergarten, Inc. started simply as a white building with a green door before becoming a renowned childcare center in Fort Lee, New Jersey. As children and teachers passed through that door, so began a tradition of excellence in preschool education. Since acquiring accreditation from the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) in 2000, our schools have gained the status of "the highest quality of excellence in preschool education".

My daughter attended Green House Preschool and Kindergarten for all her preschool years as well as kindergarten. Green House Preschool is an absolute GEM. I toured so many preschools in the area and none of them compared. As soon as I came in for a tour I knew my daughter would be in great hands! I was so nervous about starting my daughter in a school, and the office staff and teachers were so helpful in making my daughter's first day seamless. They really do such a great job at making your child comfortable and happy as well as helping the parents adjust to this new stage. As a parent, I always felt like I had so much support from this school. Her kindergarten teacher would always reinforce anything that I was working on with my child at home and I truly felt like she was on my team. The amount of time and care that is put into your child's well being both emotionally and academically surpasses any other school in the area. We are incredibly grateful for our experience at Green House Preschool. From day one, the teachers and staff made our son feel loved, safe, and excited to learn. Thanks to their kindness, patience, and dedication, he has grown so much in confidence, independence, and social skills.<br><br>A special thank you to Ms. Stephany, Ms. Anita, Ms. Lorie, and Ms. Miriam for the genuine care and support they gave our son. As he moves on to Pre-K, we are sad to say goodbye but so thankful for the wonderful foundation they helped build.<br><br>We highly recommend Green House Preschool to any family looking for a warm, nurturing, and high-quality learning environment. It truly feels like a second home!

A+++++! Choosing this preschool for our little one is one of the best decisions we've ever made, and we truly have no regrets at all. From the curriculum and programs to the daily care, everything is so well organized and thoughtfully designed for children.<br><br>What touches us most is how much every teacher cares. You can feel their love, patience, and genuine attention every single day. The school is also always very safe and clean, which gives us such peace of mind as parents.<br><br>We are especially impressed that even the owner and director are closely involved in school programs, events, and daily routines. Their hands-on care and dedication show how much heart they put into this school.<br><br>Even the facilities and all the education tools, toys, and supplies are prepared so thoughtfully for the children. I'm so glad I found Green house! I was searching for schools for my daughter as soon I met the staff the director I knew Green house was the one for my daughter. Everyone is one big family there and the education is amazing! Thank you for such a wonderful school.

My experience at Green house is been amazing since day one. The staff the director everyone is so welcoming! my daughter loves going there everyday they treat your kid like their own. The classrooms are very clean I would definitely recommend The Green house to any family member and friends.
