Lamentablemente, nuestra experiencia con este lugar fue muy mala. No hubo respeto ni transparencia en el trato, y su forma de atender fue poco profesional. Cuando fuimos al local para pedir una explicacion, nos pidieron que nos fueramos de una manera muy irrespetuosa.<br><br>No recomiendo a nadie hacer negocios ni tratar con este lugar.

If I could give zero stars, I would.<br><br>My wife and I attempted to adopt a cat through Fur Love Pet Rescue, affiliated with Pawesome Pet Spa in Lyndhurst, NJ. Unfortunately, what should have been an exciting adoption turned into an incredibly frustrating experience because of repeated communication failures, constantly changing timelines, and a complete lack of follow-through.<br><br>From my perspective, the most frustrating part was watching my wife repeatedly rearrange both her work schedule and our personal plans based on promises that were never kept. We were given multiple delivery times over several days, only to have each one changed or delayed with little to no proactive communication.<br><br>After the cat was taken back to be evaluated following a post-surgical concern, we repeatedly asked for updates and offered several times to pick him up ourselves to make the process easier. Instead of receiving clear answers, we continued getting changing timelines and conflicting inf

The best! My dog Rocky is always happy to go and I used to bring my schnauzer Gus for many years there too!! Always an excellent job and very good with the pets! Thank you!
