  This was my second time coming here because the lady who took care of my dress the first time did an excellent job and provided great service. However, my most recent experience was extremely disappointing.<br>I went in to drop off my dress, blazer, and a bag for cleaning. I rang the bell at the front, and a man looked up from the back but didn't acknowledge me right away. He eventually came to the front and told me they were closed-despite the door being open and it being three minutes before their posted closing time. I left and returned the next day, arriving about 20 minutes earlier. Again, the same man told me they were closed.<br>On my third and final attempt, he came out from the back once more and told me they don't clean bags. I explained | was there to drop off a dress and a blazer, but he still refused to take them, saying he wasn't accepting any work.   I am really sorry that you weren't safity with our service, but I do want to make few corrections. I didn't ignore you when you rang the bell and came up to the counter as soon as I saw you. Also you came twice, not three times and I never told you we were closed twenty minutes before the posted closing time. I asked you to bring your clothes back when you need them, since you didn't specify when you are going to pick them up. I was try to manage my inventory and workflow and that's why I asked

  First time customer with State Plaza Cleaners. I usually drop my clothes at a dry cleaners in the city but decided to go here due to the close proximity to my house. Saw it was highly rated, so I decided it must be worth a try. After picking up my clothes though, it will be my last time going to this dry cleaners.<br><br>Paid $36 dollars for several pieces that were left with a mysterious blue residue on my wife's clothing, as well as my khaki pants for work. I would've appreciated some transparency when picking these up if a mistake had occurred when cleaning our clothes.<br><br>Incredibly unprofessional to not tell me anything while paying full price for damaged pieces that was done under the supervision of the dry cleaners.<br><br>Update: I returned to the Dry Cleaners to point out the mistake on the articles of clothing. The owner did not waste one second, and apologized for the issue. He took the articles of clothing to be redone. Picked it up after a couple of days. Most of the c
