Our carpet cleaning guy arrived on schedule. He was happy to answer any questions we had and was very patient when our kids were asking questions. Rug And Carpet Cleaning Hackensack was hired to clean two rooms that had deep set in stains from spills and pets. The carpet in this house is 30 years old, and some of the stains aren't coming out, but our Tech went over them twice to make sure he got everything out and that it was at least sterilized! We had reasonable expectations and are pleased with the outcome. The house already smells absolutely better. So as a conclusion I'd like to say - these guys are the best in NJ!
