1 Star - Very Disappointing Experience<br><br>I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this pizza place in American Dream Mall. The pizza was not worth the price at all, and the overall experience was even worse because of the customer service.<br><br>The girls working there had a very bad attitude and were not friendly or respectful toward customers. They made the experience uncomfortable and seemed like they did not care about providing good service.<br><br>For a place in such a busy and popular mall, I expected much better food and especially much better customer service. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this place and will not be coming back.

The food hall was empty when we visited, but our pizza still came out perfectly baked.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Giacomo's Pizza location. I was standing at the counter with my 5-year-old daughter waiting to be helped, and the employee looked right at us but completely ignored us. My daughter even said, "I'm so hungry," and we were still not acknowledged.<br>What upset me even more was that another customer walked up, and the employee immediately asked the customer behind me if he could help her instead. I finally asked, "Do I look invisible?" The employee then mumbled something to his coworker in Spanish, and they both laughed.<br>I stayed only because it was the only pizza place nearby and my 5-year-old had her heart set on pizza. Based on how we were treated, I left feeling disrespected and unwelcome. I can't say for certain why it happened, but it certainly felt as though we were treated differently, and I couldn't help but wonder if race played a role. No customer, especially one with a young child, should be made to feel invisible.<br>As for the
