    A TRULY DISGUSTING EXPERIENCE - TOTAL FRAUD"<br><br>"I paid $11.59 for a premium sundae that was supposed to be prepared according to Baskin Robbins standards (2.5 oz scoops as advertised). Instead, I received a half-empty, messy cup filled with an unrecognizable liquid and strange toppings that looked like leftovers (see actual photos vs. advertisement). It was repulsive and not edible.<br><br>When I confronted the staff, the female employee was extremely rude, hostile, and argumentative. She flat-out refused to fix the mistake or provide a refund. Her lack of professionalism is shocking for a brand like Dunkin'/Baskin Robbins.<br><br>I have already filed a police report (Case Number included in my formal claim) and will be filing a fraud complaint with the NJ Division of Consumer Affairs and my bank to get my $11.59 back. This location is a scam--save your money and stay away!"

    If I can give this place "0" stars I would.<br>I came in to get a cappuccino blast and the gentleman at the register seem like he did not want to be at work. He was on his phone and hunched over the counter in front of the register. As I approached the register to place my order for my drink the gentleman had informed me that " they don't have cappuccino blast". I asked him was this because they were out of the ingredients for the drink or are they discontinuing the drink? He then proceeds to repeat himself and say that they don't have any cappuccino blast.<br>Right off the bat I knew this information was incorrect as I'm a regular customer and I get this drink often so I placed an order through DoorDash to get it delivered to my job. This location accepted my DoorDash order!!! And my DoorDash delivery driver was able to picked up and delivered my drink to my job. Completely terrible!!! The fact I was treated like is beyond unacceptable!!
