  I had pet stains on my cherished rug and Rug Renovating SAVED this rug. I was beyond impressed. I was worried they wouldn't be able to get everything out 100%, but I have to say, I can't even tell that the stains ever existed! They had to treat the rug, but I would have done anything to save the rug. Also it had smelled funky due to the stains and my constant cleaning with regular carpet cleaner - and it is like new now- smell and look wise. Highly recommend.

  Very Lovely people all around. It's unclear how many carpet companies are connected to the place but I don't think it matters. I had luster wash, stain treatment, tinting on my three, 1920's Nichol's rugs. They also did rebinding on 4 sides. I live in LIC so I saved $100 bucks by taking my carpets there and seeing the operation.

  In 1925, my grandmother purchased a large, intricately designed Persian rug that I've always loved and is now in my care. I don't how old it was at the time of purchase, but it hadn't been cleaned in very many decades . Rug Renovating has cleaned over a dozen rugs for me. The colors are now softly vibrant in the cleaned and restored rug and it is silken to the touch. It's beautiful and I'm grateful! Thank you, Jody and the expert team of Rug Renovating.   I've used Rug Renovating several times for area rug cleaning. They're professional, responsive, and offer quick turnaround. My rugs come back noticeably cleaner, with stains completely gone or significantly reduced. In addition to two-hour delivery and pickup windows they offer real-time driver tracking so I don't have to be home until they are close to my stop. I'll definitely use them again.
