  If you don't mind not getting clear answers or being passed from one person to another, then Servpro might be fine for you. It has been three weeks since the fire and my home still has unresolved damage. I am extremely unhappy with the lack of communication and the overall handling of the situation.

  Person that answered the phone hung up when I told him I'm the renter. It is YOUR JOB to help residents with issues in their home. LOL you run your business well.

  Rhonda and her team really helped us out of jam. She made a great recommendation about outdoor carpet materials. She worked with our limited availability for install, and when something needed a slight adjustment her team was there on the same day. Thank you!

  I was in tough situation between the water damage to my home, and a tenant who was obstructing remediation and repairs. So I was basically like on-call with Cindy 24/7 for a couple of weeks. Great customer service!

  I had a water loss in my basement. The office staff was very accommodating and scheduled me right away. The guys were great. Cleaned up and put everything back. I was very pleased with everything. I highly recommend them.

  Cindy Van Winkle was very accommodating in scheduling my appointment. I had water in my basement and the crew they sent were excellent! They did a great job and cleaned up the mess afterwards !! Thank you!!
