  It's HUGE. I LOVE IT!!!!<br><br>For years, I've been on the hunt for a gym that truly has it all. A place to get moving, a space where I can feel at ease, a chance to chat with others, classes that encourage teamwork, and even the convenience of logging into work with just a click. Sadly, no gym seems to offer all these perks without charging a fortune. But AUCC is a gem! As soon as you step inside, you feel like family, like you're at home, and you always have the chance to stay healthy. From the cycling and aerobics room, boxing ring, health bar to the computer lab, and even the gorilla gym for serious workouts. I'm always well taken care of. Plus, they offer fantastic options for kids' parties, social events, and even some time for personal reflection. The location is amazing, and it's conveniently located right by Route 80--no need to worry about getting lost!

  Sarah and Coach Travis made me feel extremely welcome. Everyone's very friendly and the gym is very spacious and clean.<br>-----<br>Update: Coach R's shape and sculpt class was great. Excited to try his other classes tomorrow. I will continue updating on my experience with other coaches and classes being this is only my second day but I'm very glad I joined!

  A 10-year-old girl with her 13-year-old brother were in the free weight area without a coach or staff member present, and when two coaches approached them, they were simply asked to wait for their trainer before using the equipment to ensure everyone's safety.

  if their was a way to go lower then this i would but this place sucks coach R is the rudest dude in the gym.
