  I met Juanita in 2009 and we've worked together ever since. She's helped me secure three properties in the Cliffside Park, NJ area. It's a pleasure working with Juanita--she's exactly who you want in your corner for some of life's biggest decisions. She's attentive, goes the extra mile, and is incredibly knowledgeable and easy to work with. She always puts her clients' best interests first. I trust her implicitly, and she's become a truly valued colleague.

  We have now used Juanita twice and there's a reason for that. Not only does she have impeccable house hunting skills, her attitude, support, and care always makes the unpleasant experience tolerable and at times even fun. It's not often that you find somebody who you really feel understands your needs and doesn't just send you garbage. We've trusted her before and we will trust her again. Top tier service.

  Juanita Harris was kind, supportive and professional from initial contact to closing. Whenever, I needed a contractor (locksmith, cleaning company, garage repair, towing company etc), she had one on speed dial, also professional that moved the process forward with reduced stress, timeliness, and ease. My childhood home was full of memories and stuff going back to the 1960s and she made the experience manageable. Juanita Harris was amazing and I recommend her for your home buying or selling needs. She is a consummate professional with a soft touch!
