Absolutely awful experience living here in unit 611. They lure you in with a product that appears to be luxury, but it is anything but that. The mechanical parking garage doesn't work. In fact there was a fatality inside of it. You can wait hours to retrieve your car. We couldn't use our balcony for several months. We routinely go weeks, sometimes months, without any working heat or central AC. The same goes for hot water - it's honestly rare when we have any at all. There is mold in the bathrooms and bug infestations stemming from that mold; the management - Easy Rent Realty - refuses to address or fix a single thing. The amenities that are advertised almost never work. The management company, Easy Rent Realty, is atrocious, and the landlord makes no effort to respond to us or fix any issues. I would strongly recommend avoiding this building. And finally, we just moved out and they kept a large portion of our security deposit for no reason at all. As we paid the buildings super to tou

Easy rent attempted to delete my review.<br><br>Warn out and exhausted. I could leave an elaborate review on how negative this building is, but since the proof is in the 3.3 rating, I don't have to say much.<br><br>BUTTTTT, what i will say though is Easy Rent led by Huijie and Janice are scammers. Be prepared to not receive your security deposit when moving out. Delayed responses to emails and the full 9. I truly feel bad for the tenants of this building. Owners and renters deserve more. Especially for the amount we're all currently paying.<br><br>I promise you, please follow the reviews. Everything negative you see is true. God bless

This place is horrible. Mgmt is terrible, I.e Easy rent.. Do not be fooled to purchase or rent a unit here.<br><br>Janice & Huijie scam security deposits. Be mindful. Look at the prior reviews.<br><br>You're better off living on Skid Row.<br><br>No AC during the summer, no heat during the winters. At least on Skid row, the weather stays the same.

Why so many negative reviews? What is happening in this building? The prices have come down significantly over the last 4 years. I have never seen this anywhere before. I am watching the prices and they are down 40 percent over 2 years. It seems there is no bottom. Why so many problems?
