I've only been a member here for about two months, after LA Fitness Norwalk closed, and unfortunately I've been really disappointed.<br><br>To be fair, there are some positives: this is the only real weight room within about 15 minutes of my house, and one of the only gyms I know of within a reasonable driving distance that has dumbbells up to 100 lbs. The staff are also generally nice, and the manager seems like a good person who is dealing with a very difficult situation.<br><br>That said, the facility itself is in rough shape. A gym chain should not allow one of its locations to deteriorate to this level. Many of the machines are old, broken, or held together with temporary fixes. Some of the weight machines are mislabeled. The treadmills seem to trip a circuit and shut off after sustained running. The only water fountain is broken far too often. The men's room also needs serious attention, including urinals that do not flush properly.<br><br>It also seems like there is one person t

What garbage!! I signed up for a free week long membership. I "could" use at any regular hours.<br>Until I go there and try to actually use it and the guy behind the counter feels like he needs to know my life story and biography. Then questions me of why I'm there. Um to use the equipment you offered for free??? Don't offer free products if I can't use them!!!! Could NOT have been more rude and NOT friendly!! What a jerk!!!

Great service! Shoutout to the little guy at the front who calls himself 'Big Val.' He might be a size Small, but his ego and helpfulness are definitely XXL. Big respect for the biggest 'little' man in the game

I've been a member of this gym for over 10 years, and unfortunately I had an experience recently that was very disappointing. My interaction with the front desk employee, Vanessa, was unexpectedly unkind and unprofessional. I was spoken to in a rude manner without any clear reason, which was surprising given how long I've been a loyal member.<br>There was absolutely no reason for her disrespectful interaction.<br>As a business owner myself, I understand how important customer service is, especially at the front desk, which sets the tone for the entire experience. I would be genuinely concerned if my customers were treated this way.<br>I hope management takes this feedback seriously, as this gym has always been a place I've enjoyed and respected, and I'd like to see it maintain the welcoming environment long-time members expect.
