Ascend Atheltics is a fantastic boutique studio. I love that the small class sizes create a semi-personal training environment so you can properly learn how to do the workout the right way. The trainers are well educated and take the time to explain the purpose behind every exercise and mobility stretch, so you leave each session feeling stronger, more mobile, and confident in your form. Highly recommend for anyone who wants focused coaching in a welcoming, small-group setting.

Great experience with Ascend Athletics! My middle school son signed up two weeks ago for 1-on-1 PT and we couldn't be happier. The personalized attention is exactly what a student-athlete needs to build proper form and strength. Highly satisfied and definitely recommend!

I have not worked out in a year or so. I was having low energy and I travel for work. I needed to get in shape. Ascend and Coach Joel was recommended to me by my 12 year old nephew, I have trained with Joel for 2 weeks and it has been great. He pays attention to what my needs/wants are and he has made working a lot of fun. The entire team there is great. I love it there and I have already noticed a lot of improvements in my flexibility and strength.
