I'm very disappointed with how this salon has changed under the new ownership. The new staff are consistently rude, rush every appointment, and make you feel like they just want to get you in and out as quickly as possible. The atmosphere has become very noisy and unprofessional, making it impossible to relax and enjoy the service.<br><br>This wasn't just a one-time experience. I've given this salon three chances over my last three visits, hoping things would improve, but unfortunately they have only gotten worse. The technicians seem rushed, their customer service is lacking, and the quality of the work no longer reflects what this salon used to be.<br><br>It's disappointing to see how much this place has declined. I used to enjoy coming here, but after repeatedly experiencing the same rude attitude and unprofessional service, I won't be returning. I cannot recommend this salon anymore.

Decent pedicure but it's like a factory - in and out, no personal touch. Fine if you're not looking for that extra touch.
