    Charles did an outstanding job helping us find a home. We have great confidence in his ability to communicate and get us to understand the market and what kind of house we are looking for. He was not pushy towards us but was able to fight and negotiate on our behalf. I would recommend using Charles as we felt he has the best interest in his clients.

    I had a great experience with Charles! He was excellent at finding homes that fit the budget across both New York and New Jersey. What stood out the most was how thoughtful and respectful he was throughout the whole process. He was honest about the properties, and even when there were potential downsides, he brought them up gently. It made the home search so comfortable and low pressure. Since I had such a great experience buying my first home with him, I trusted Charles to manage my home renovation project too.
