  I called ahead to confirm a part listed online was physically in stock, they were nice enough to confirm that, but had no interest in remaining open for their published hours and informed me they were closing 5 minutes early. Really? I get it, I operate a business too. It probably wasn't even worth your time to pick up the phone and verify that the $5.95 part was in stock, but to literally tell me you had no interest in completing the sale and leaving 5 minutes early was more important than my need as your customer, speaks volumes about who you are and what your business priorities are. Congratulations you earned yourself a one star review.

  Old school parts store with plenty of options. I needed 2 things that Autozone was out of stock on so I took a ride over to Ridge Road and found them in 5 min. They have a small parking lot plus there is ample street parking. And NJ Transit bus #76 stops directly across the street. Which is very helpful if you can not drive there. Definitely adding this place as an auto parts option to look at.

  Poor selection and availability. Very small and cluttered feel. Some items looked dated and faded from never having sold. Rude. Inconsiderate of workers contracted to do work in THEIR town. Employee states owner is to blame for making restroom inaccessible.

  My mother needed a new blinker bulb and my brother sent me here. The establishment came highly recommended. The store was clean, stocked, and immediately after walking in, I was greeted and asked if I needed assistance. Within 5 minutes Chuck identified the bulb I needed and had me out the door. I appreciate quick and wonderful customer service. I had such a great experience I went back in for windshield wipers for my SUV, later on that day. Highly recommend this store for all your auto part needs.

  Unhelpful staff trying to blame faulty parts on customer instead of doing a hassle free warranty replacement. Made me waste 2 hours of my time driving to the store and back home twice.
