I hired JPK to clean my two area carpets on November 4, 2019. The result was far less than satisfactory. One carpet was blotchy, there were darker areas on one side. I communicated my dissatisfaction to Pam, the owner and there was no response.

Hi Mintari! I apologize for the inconvenience, darker shades after servicing is completely normal, it's simply how the bristles of the carpet go (One way it goes darker and the other way it goes lighter) especially a natural fiber like wool (in your case), as you step over the carpet over time they fade on their own, but if you'd like the carpet to be fully even without the streaks it can be brushed off.
