  The company is not customer service first. While the management claims the employee did a thorough job, i observed the employee and he did not complete the job correctly.<br><br>Even after pointing out areas of concern, they were not srayed.

  Joe was so easy to deal with from start to finish. I was able to book him for the next day, he texted to give me a 20 minute window when he'd be arriving and sent me a follow up text when he'd had completed the job. Very efficient. Thanks Joe

  I had an awful experience this past week. Customer service was poor and unresponsive to my concern. I was quoted 82.00 for one visit. The bill was 88.00. This is not a client first company. Do not call them. The tech was at my home for approximately 5 minutes. When I called the company to discuss the concern, I felt dismissed. I received a text stating the tech did a full job after the owner contacted the tech. No recourse for the customer. What a waste of money and horrible customer service.
