I want to thank Kelly Berton's office for navigating me through what was the toughest time of my life. I called several different offices for consultations. Kelly's office was the 3rd office I had meeting with, once I got my consultation with Kelly Berton, I knew her office was the one. I would recommend their office to anyone dealing with family law, they've earned their 5 star rating. My case was in no way ordinary but with their step by step guidance, I had less surprises and more solutions. Because of their services I have my son back. Kelly's office was beyond supportive, understanding, and very helpful! I had done my fair share of research and contacted several attorneys in the area and as soon as I had my consultation with Kelly I knew my decision of retaining her office for my matter and I do not regret it one bit! As a single mom, navigation the courts, custody, child support matter can feel a bit intimidating but I always felt supported by the entire office - Kelly, Brittany, Amanda and Nicole! High recommend reaching out if ever needed!

Kelly and her staff are organized, professional, attentive, and personable. She works hard to represent you in the best way possible. Kelly also works closely with her back-office team keeping track of documents, dates, and all other relevant details to the case. I highly recommend her services.

These are scary time for us, my daughter is being kept from her father, she is being alienated, neglected, and exposed to so much domestic violence at her mother's house. Im a working dad on wage garnishment child support, we have joint custody and an outdated court order that has never been followed, this past Saturday I got a temporary restraining order on my daughter's mother for assaulting me in front of my daughter and my other kids. My daughter deserves a real parenting plan to be putt in place! My daughters mother likes to say I have no rights and that she makes the rules! I WILL UPDATE WHEN ALL IS SAID AND DONE.
