  This cleaner is the worst. They ruined my blouse and accused me of bringing it in like that. Even though we inspect each garment together when I bring my cleaning in. AND, who would try to clean a blouse that has huge rips under the arms and black streaks on the front and back? It looks like it was caught in a conveyor belt and someone tried to pull it out by the sleeves. DO NOT USE THIS CLEANER.

  Terrible experience. Completely messed up my Theory jacket. I brought my favorite jacket in mint condition for dry cleaning. They left this press marks on the shoulder to arm. I brought it back and they said its not their fault. They said its because it was left out in the sun. I told them I keep this jacket in en suite inside closet. They then said its because of hanger. It is hanger mark. Completely bizarre. I am so upset to the point I want to cry.

  Terrible experience. I brought my favorite Theory jacket in mint condition for dry cleaning and got it back with noticeable press marks/discoloration running from the shoulder down the sleeve. The damage was not there before I dropped it off.<br><br>When I brought the jacket back to show them, they immediately denied responsibility. First, they claimed it was caused by sun exposure. When I explained that the jacket had been stored inside my closet, they changed their explanation and said it was caused by a hanger. The shifting explanations made no sense and left me with little confidence that they were being honest about what happened.<br><br>What is most disappointing is not just the damage itself, but the complete lack of accountability or willingness to help. This was an expensive jacket that I trusted them to care for, and instead I was left with a damaged garment and excuses.<br><br>I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was incredibly frustrating and upsetting.   This place is the worst. I took two shirts and a suit to get pressed and all they did was put it in their plastic bag charge me for it. This is not the first time either but this was for my son for a wedding we were attending. I called to complain about it but it was useless. The guy became defensive and hung up the phone. If I could give them the finger instead of a star, I would be happy. I hope they go out of business soon.

  Just found this cleaner. They are so sweat and they speak English and I heard that she speaks a Spanish too... They also have a tailor who does a real great job. Would recommend them.
