  I trained hard for years without ever including regular stretching exercises or massages. After being diagnosed with a lumbar spine condition and arthritis in my hip, I knew something had to change. I needed pain relief and a way to reduce the pain from recurring. I needed more than just injections and surgery. It was recommended that I begin regular stretching and massages by my doctor. After trying other places I finally found and went to Active Body Work for help and saw George. I noticed IMMEDIATE RELIEF afterwards. I now understand how essential stretching and regular massage are for everyone!! My muscle soreness and tightness was gone! It even improved my training!! I am SO LUCKY to have found Active Body Work and George for these services. Active Body Work is amazing and better than any other massage or stretch that I have ever had. He is also extremely professional. RECOMMEND 100% !!!!!!

  George provided an exceptional deep-tissue massage and I can't wait to go back. His technique is on another level--he loosened my back, hamstrings, and quads in a way no one else has. Every detail was perfection, from the heated table to the precise pressure and the stretching that made everything come together.<br><br>As someone who trains hard, carries a high-stress load from career and kids, and holds a lot of tension, I left feeling genuinely restored. His energy and vibe are high-frequency, grounded, and trustworthy--something you feel the moment you're on the table.<br><br>Already looking forward to the next session.

  Today I had a great experience meeting this massage professional, George! He has complete knowledge of how to release all stress and relax the whole body!   Before I started training, I never knew my body could get this fit. My stamina has improved, and I'm healthier. I enjoy golf even more now, and the distance has increased, which makes me so happy. George is diligent and sincere, always doing his best for each member and creating a positive atmosphere. I introduced him to my friends, and they all love him and are grateful to me.

  First time coming here left feeling amazing. George is a great teacher and knows what he's doing, very communicative and would definitely be coming back. The stretching was great felt great next day and will be incorporating the technique he has shown me. Thanks again George

  Had my first massage with Tommy over the weekend and it was all around incredible and nothing like your basic massage. As an athlete I'm always looking to find ways to stay healthy and have my body feel the best it can and Tommy helped make that happen. Tommy is curious to how you live your day to day life to help find those specific points that need the most work and attention. His office is comfortable and relaxing. The building is also super easy to find with tons of parking. Will be returning very soon!
