I'm honestly very confused by some of the reviews because I had such a great experience here! My tire suddenly burst on I-80, and this was the closest place I could find. I was a little nervous after seeing the reviews, but they were absolutely wonderful to me.<br><br>They replaced my tire immediately, were so kind and helpful, and the price was very reasonable. Being stranded on the side of the highway is stressful enough, and I really appreciated how welcoming and accommodating they were. They made a stressful situation so much easier.<br><br>Thank you to everyone at Sammy Rims Express for taking such good care of me! I would absolutely recommend them based on my experience.

If possible, AVOID this tire shop!<br><br>I had multiple horrible experiences with the owner and staff here. Save yourself the headache. Here is a breakdown of what went wrong:<br><br>* Wrong Tires: They insisted they knew the correct tire size for my VW Jetta, but installed tires that were too big and scraped my plastic wheel well covers. I had to come back a week later to get them swapped.<br><br>* Unprofessional Paint Job: They spray-painted my brake calipers without removing them, getting red paint all over my brake cables, rotors, and pads.<br><br>* Damaged Parts & Refused Accountability: When swapping the wrong tires, they stripped one of my lug nuts. They refused to reimburse me, claiming it was "already stripped," even though they were the only shop that had touched my wheels. They told me to go to AutoZone and buy a new one myself.<br><br>* Shady Practices: They tried to secretly keep my original OEM rims! I had to demand them back before they finally handed them over.
