  The best law firm/lawyers/attorneys i have dealt with. Highly recommended. The best possible outcome i could ask for. Dismissed and Expunged. Unfortunately the courts i was dealing with for my case had mixed up all of my paper work, multiple delays, sent incorrect discovery of another person with the exact same name, never sent or notified me of court hearing dates that I was scheduled for, which made it seem like I was absent and missed appearances. Then, sent dates for hearings for me to attend to and was told that I was not scheduled for once I appeared in court. And so, I had to miss multiple days of work. About 6 to 8 different times. Mostly in-person and 1 virtual. It was truly a nightmare how the courts and what the court clerks were doing to me. And my case was on going for about a year. Any who, I came across j. Marshall law firm through a quick Google search. And chose them for their perfect 5 star review. Which tbh, I was highly skeptical of, with their perfect score. But af

  I had never been in any legal trouble in my 55+ years of life but here I found myself in quite a hole. I was extremely nervous and simply did not know how to proceed. Paul Koutouzakis was amazing. He walked me through the process, everything i needed to know, how to prepare and what the outcomes could be. He explained it well so I could make good decisions. In the end, he was able to negotiate an outcome that was far better than anything I could have hoped for. I am extremely happy - I will be recommending the Marshall Criminal Defense Lawyers!

  Casandra DeStefano was incredible to work with. From the beginning, she was responsive, diligent, and proactive when it came to getting answers, explaining next steps, and making sure nothing fell through the cracks. She took the time to understand the situation, kept me informed throughout the process, and made a very stressful experience feel much more manageable. I really appreciated how thorough, steady, and prepared she was at every step. Most importantly, she delivered an excellent outcome and was able to get the matter fully dismissed. I'm very grateful for her help and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and reliable attorney.

  If I could give this law firm zero stars I would. If you're interested in hiring a firm that doesn't return your calls regardless if you leave a message after message with their assistant. Then gladly give them a call leave a message with their assistant and see if they bother to call you back. Clearly as firm they have zero communication between each other. I am absolutely appalled that anyone would suggest this firm. Especially after being referred to the firm by someone who successfully used them years in the past.

  All calls to our office are tracked, and we also maintain an archive of calls handled by our after-hours answering service. We have no record of anyone by the name of "Peter Rosada" contacting our firm, nor do we have any information regarding the nature of any purported interaction he may have had with a representative of our office, whether an attorney, assistant, or otherwise.<br><br>Moreover, it would make little sense for our office not to return a prospective client's call, as handling cas
