  We are absolutely elated with our experience at Silver Nickles Puppies! Bella is our very first fur baby, and w4e couldn't have asked for a better addition to our family. She brings so much joy, happiness, love, puppy kisses, and snuggles into our home every single day! From the very beginning, our experience was exceptional. I spoke with Sal several times through Instagram and over the phone, and he was always kind, patient, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. We traveled quite a distance to get Bella, and I can honestly say it was well worth the trip! Upon entering Silver Nickles, we received such a warm welcome. The entire staff was professional, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. They took the time to understand our family and helped us choose the type of puppy that would be the vest fit for us. That level of care and attention truly made the entire process one of the best experiences we've ever had. We are truly grateful to the entire staff at Silver Nickles for helping us

  Best staff very knowledgeable the puppies are very healthy And beautiful<br>I read some other negative reviews regarding the staff being rude but I have never experienced this and they are so nice and friendly

We always strive to make every person happy that enters our store, and yes we do have a lot of wonderful customers that are extremely happy with our services whether they buy a puppy from us or not, however, no matter how much we try, we cannot please every single person and there will always be someone who will find something to complain about....

  My daughter is interested in getting a puppy so we looked up silver nickel puppies to stop by and check out what they have and help her decide what kind of dog would be a good fit. Upon entering the first two employees were very nice and said if we had any questions let them know. As my daughter was talking to one of the employees, another employee came out from the back jumped into the conversation and grilled my daughter on when she's going to get a dog and then told her very rudely that she couldn't hold a dog cause she could may have an allergic reaction and you can't return a dog. I was so pissed. The nerve to assume if we'd buy a dog then return it and some lame excuse about allergies to prevent her from touching the dogs. Horrible horrible customer service. Would never go back nor do I recommend them to anyone. You never know who walks into your business and treating people in a snobbish manner is unacceptable.
