I got a notice from the state saying I owed more money and interest than HR Block had me pay. When I called to speak to someone I left a message and never got a call back. Get a real accountant not someone that works as a nanny 9 months out of the year and works for them during tax season (true story)!!

i've always done my taxes myself but decided to go to h&r block (NORMA) was extremely rude .. sarcastic and her facial expressions was just absolutely uncalled for. me and my fiance walked out during our scheduled appointment because of her rudeness which she also admitted to having a bad day but that's no reason to be rude considering she doesn't know the day we have had .. we were very excited to do our taxes untill we met her ... as well as her area smelled like straight fish. we left there very upset and went to the fortlee location where they were super nice (payal) was amazing even tho h&r block is just expensive itself she was still great. i will def go back to doing them myself.<br><br>ps.. paid 650 to do our taxes.
