  First time visiting as recommended by a hair vendor who was out of stock on the item I needed. The 3 staff were on lunch when I arrived and eating at the counter. I clearly inconvenienced them by asking for help with products behind the counter, since they were taking turns to answer my questions between bites of food. First impressions are everything and beauty supply stores are a dime a dozen. Simple customer service would have gone a long way. On the bright side they appear to have a large hair selection and hair products.

  I had such an unpleasant experience with the owner. I bought the wrong hair dye color, and I went to exchange it for a different color. The owner checked the bottle opened it and compared it to another one to make sure it was not used and when I told him that I just to change the color he got upset and told me he does not do returns. Worst place to buy your beauty supplies.

  We're sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your experience. Our store policy is that opened hair color products are not eligible for returns or exchanges for health and safety reasons. However, as a one-time courtesy, we offered to make an exception and exchange the product for you. You chose to leave without completing the exchange. We always strive to treat every customer fairly and respectfully, and we regret that you left feeling dissatisfied.

  I would not recommend this company at all. I purchased a wig expecting it to look like the mannequin advertised, but what I received was completely different. The wig was blotchy, poorly made, and sat on my head like a helmet. It looked very unnatural and was not worth the money I paid. What made the experience even worse was the customer service. I reached out shortly after receiving the wig to see if I could exchange it for something else, but I was immediately told that all sales were final and no exceptions would be made. There was no effort to help resolve the issue or provide any type of customer satisfaction. When you spend your hard-earned money on a product, you expect the company to stand behind what they sell. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. Between the poor quality and lack of customer support, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere for a wig. There are many other businesses that offer better quality products and actually care about their customers.

  Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry you were not satisfied with your purchase. All wigs are final sale due to hygiene reasons and cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased. This policy is clearly communicated to all customers and is applied consistently. We appreciate your feedback.
