  As an eight year resident of the Winston I have been in the bldg since inception<br><br>I wanted to provide feedback so that future residents could make informed decisions prior to renting<br><br>I can honestly state that of all the surrounding properties this property is managed correctly and is by far the best<br><br>Many of the other buildings have residents that don't care about the people or the environment they live in. The buildings are not well maintained and I often see a police presence at those residential properties<br><br>Karolina and team do a great job keeping the bldg in top shape and making sure it's residents comply with the by laws<br><br>I felt it was important to take a minute and recognize the management team and thank them for the environment they have created<br><br>I would recommend the Winston to anyone if asked!

  Great place to live. I was one of the first people to move in here. I love that im close to everything. The bus goes straight to port auth, can be in the city in 15 mins and the bus stop is right outside my door. This place is so quiet. The manager Karolina is very nice and professional. All my neighbors are friendly. Maintenance is fast with Maintenance requests. schools are great, the bus pick the kids up, super convenient for parents.

  I've lived at The Winston at Lyndhurst for about 5 years with my two toddlers and it's been a great place for our family. The building is clean and well maintained, and the leasing office is always helpful when we need assistance. Maintenance is quick and the location is very convenient. I would definitely recommend living here.
