  You may not want to read this if you are Vicky.<br><br>I came here specifically because I wanted to support a Korean business while shopping for my wedding dress. Unfortunately, this ended up being one of the worst customer service experiences I've had.<br><br>I'm a size 14/16, so as a Korean woman, I'm already very aware that many Korean bridal shops don't carry extensive size-inclusive inventory. That's exactly why I DM'd the business beforehand and specifically asked whether they had dresses in my size available for rental.<br><br>I was told that they had all sizes available for both rental and purchase and was encouraged to come into the store.<br><br>I drove 45 minutes on a Sunday afternoon because I trusted that information.<br><br>I paid the $20 registration fee, which I honestly didn't mind since they provided a small cosmetic goodie. I was excited to see what they had.<br><br>Then came the first disappointment: I was shown only three dresses, and one wasn't even my style.<br><

  I had Amy do both my hair and makeup for my pre-wedding photoshoot and my wedding day, and I couldn't have been happier with the results!<br><br>For the photoshoot, she first created a beautiful updo and makeup look. Toward the end of the session, she thoughtfully styled my hair so it could easily be taken down into a gorgeous half-up, half-down hairstyle. It felt like I got two different looks in one shoot, which made the experience even more special and gave us so much variety in our photos.<br><br>On my wedding day, Amy created a completely different look with soft, natural makeup and a beautiful half-up, half-down hairstyle. She perfectly understood the style I wanted and made me feel so beautiful and confident.<br><br>I'm incredibly grateful for her talent, attention to detail, and professionalism.   She is so kind and welcoming! It was such a lovely experience getting my hair and makeup done by Amy. I highly recommend her, she takes her time and she gives makeup recommendations during the process which is also nice so you can get the products used for yourself too!

  I loved my experience with Amy and highly recommend for any hair/makeup needs. She knew exactly how to accentuate good features and to personalize it to my face. Even the photographer asked who did my makeup because it was done so well! I will totally be reaching out again in the future. Thank you Amy!
