    I went shopping for my home today and decided to buy a watermelon. When I went to cut it open and eat it this afternoon, it turned out to be rotten, sour, and foul-smelling on the inside. I don't understand how they can sell spoiled products.

    We have been loyal Whole Foods customers for years, but today's experience at the pizza counter was unacceptable and reflected a serious failure in customer service and management.<br><br>The employee working at the counter barely spoke English and was unable to understand our order. Communication was extremely difficult, so she handed us a piece of paper and asked us to write down what we wanted. She then instructed us to return in 25 minutes.<br><br>When we came back 25 minutes later, she was only beginning to prepare our pizza. Nothing had been started. To make matters worse, toppings we had specifically requested and had seen available when we placed the order were suddenly said to be unavailable.<br><br>This is not an acceptable way to treat customers. If an employee provides a pickup time, the order should be ready or, at minimum, actively in progress. An employee assigned to a customer facing position must be able to communicate well enough to understand an order, answer basic q
