  While the facilities themselves are nice, the ownership's approach to charging customers completely ruined the experience for me. It genuinely feels like the goal is to squeeze every possible dollar out of families.<br><br>I was asked to purchase socks as an adult, despite the fact that I was sitting in the coffee area and had absolutely no intention of entering the play area. Charging an adult for something they are not using is unreasonable enough, but the experience got even more ridiculous.<br><br>I left 30 minutes after my allotted time because my kids needed to use the bathroom, wanted snacks, etc. Rather than showing any reasonable flexibility, I was charged another $25 for a 30-minute extension. A<br>bsurd.<br><br>The facilities may be great, but the nickel-and-diming completely takes away from the experience. There are plenty of ways to run a profitable business without making customers feel like every interaction is an opportunity to extract another fee. For the prices they c

  Hello Atar,<br><br>We appreciate your feedback and are sorry for any inconvenience you encountered at our facility.<br><br>We understand that our long standing sock policy may not be convenient to everyone, but we require socks for the entire area, including the cafe, because shoes and going barefoot can track germs onto shared surfaces.   Very cute place however, I was extremely disappointed when they didn't allow my child who suffers from severe food allergies to eat his own snacks. They also don't carry any allergy friendly snacks which makes it worse.

  My family was visiting from out of state and needed a cool spot to go with the kids during a 95F hot day. Our 3 kids (1, 3, 5y) all had an amazing time. The equipment and layout are highly engaging across legos, imaginative play, and gross motor activity. The small cafe was perfect, as it allowed the kids a small rest and recharge before more play. The staff were very nice, non-intrusive, and kept a very clean establishment. We will definitely return the next time we are in town!
