We stayed at this beautiful hotel with our family and the server Guille was the most accommodating, kind, thoughtful presence during our 2 night stay here. Every morning she was a joy to help us for breakfast and made our family with small children feel welcome and at home! Give Guille a raise she makes the brand stronger than any marketing campaign can!

The service is exceptional! Ventanas is our favorite restaurant and lounge! The food is absolutely delicious, the service is first class, and the atmosphere is relaxing, welcoming, and always enjoyable.<br>Kenny our server did an excellent job and made sure we were well taken care of. Gio and Angel are also fantastic as they truly know how to make you feel comfortable, welcomed, and happy from the moment you arrive. Makarena's friendly demeanor makes our experience fun every time.<br>Great food, great people, exceptional service, and an amazing atmosphere. Ventanas never disappoints! Highly recommended!
