Max has helped me on more than one occasion with fixing my AC unit and some minor plumbing. He is very professional and reasonably priced! Highly recommend!

Max was able to fix an issue that suddenly cropped up with my tankless water heater system.<br>The initial troubleshooting and cleanup did not solve the problem. Max reached out to the company's customer support and identified potential causes.<br>Over the course of 4 consecutive days, Max proactively came to our house to check in on the status and discussed various troubleshooting options.<br>Finally, he identified an issue with our pump, which was causing the issue. Replacing it immediately solved our problem.<br><br>I appreciate Max's diligence and follow-through in getting our problem solved.

We recently bought a house and used Max for an AC cleaning and general inspection. Our AC is over 25 years old and who knows if it was ever serviced properly! But he came over and took his time to make sure everything was clean, cleared, and in proper working order. Cleared gunk from the drain hole in the air handler, and flushed out ants and mice droppings from the compressor outside. We had two capacitors that were "iffy" and he went right out to find them and replaced them both. I was impressed with his thoroughness and knowledge. He's also a very nice young man! One thing to keep in mind is that he is very busy, however, so you may have to reach out to him more than once. Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and will definitely use him again.
