I love this place, fixed 7 cars here already. I know owner and his son personally now, awesome hard working guys. But what I hate seeing few crybabies posting negative reviews here, when they bring rust buckets to fix where those cars should be already at the junk yard then act surprised when they are denied. People need to realize that these guys are busy, their lot is always full for a reason unlike many other shops around the area. Yes its hard to reach to boss sometimes, he is working you know duh, but if you get appointment here trust me you wont find better paint in around area i give you 100%

Went here to get a quote Guy told me 5 minutes. Guy never came out of the shop to give me a quote. Horrible customer service. Left me outside for 20 minutes scratching my head. Guess they really never wanted the business.<br><br>Heres a reply to owners post. I run a business my self you think I would have a customer wait that long to get a quote that unprofessional if that was the owner painting and he literally smoked about 4 cigarettes while looking at me outside for 20 minutes waiting.

Owner of the shop is also the one who paints vehicles and gives out quotes, he is a hard working man who is dedicated to his job and customer car fast turn around, unfortunately when he paints he has no way to comeout to you, on top of that shop is super busy and some people waiting weeks or months specifically to repair their vehicle at this location he probably mentioned to you that the shop is super busy. I literally just went in there just so he can give me a quote and he says " IM TO BUSY TO GO LOOK AT THE CAR I ASK HIM WHO IS THE BOSS he says i am " like wow okay this is how they handle customers so rude and unprofessional

The shop at the moment when you came in was over capacity, some people waiting weeks or months specifically to repair their vehicle at this location he mentioned it to you that the shop is super busy. The owner is not just office guy, he fixes, paints and does all the jobs needed to fix customer vehicles as fast as possible so not always has time to come out and give quotes, sometimes you need to wait a little for him to finish painting. The only reason the review is one star is because Jose was not happy that we couldnt take in his car for repairs since we over capacity and didnt want it to sit for months at our lot. This is a small business, no reason to share negativity.
