  I can't recommend Monica highly enough for anyone buying their first home. As first-time buyers, we had a lot of questions and probably more anxiety than we needed -- Monica was patient, responsive, and genuinely looked out for our best interests every step of the way.   We looked at houses for almost a year, and Monica was always patient, responsive, and professional throughout the entire process.   Be careful with this Agent. She will allow stray cats into your property. Doesn't take accountability for any interactions and then when you call her on it, she'll hang up on you. Absolute zero stars

  My client made a mistake. My client thought the cat belonged to a house that was having an open house. The cat seemed to be struggling to get inside, so she just let it in. My client is an animal lover, and she felt bad for the cat on such a hot day, so she let it in. But then the seller's agent called and texted me, telling me to let the cat out. I opened the door again and let the cat out, but he's writing this review. It was a mistake, a mistake of ignorance...

  I purchased a house through agent JUNG SOOK (MONICA)KIM. She really did her best to help us find a house and we ended up buying a house that we were very satisfied with. As a realtor, she had a lot of knowledge and tried to help with sincerity. Highly recommended.
