Extremely disappointing experience. This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a healthcare facility. I scheduled my appointment for 6:00 PM and expected my appointment time to be respected. Instead, when I arrived, the receptionist, an Asian girl at the front desk, was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional in the way she spoke to me.<br><br>She told me that even though I had a confirmed 6:00 PM appointment, I would still have to wait between 11/2 and 2 hours. When I asked why I had made an appointment if I still had to wait that long, she told me that the appointment confirmation messages they send are "fake" and that they only operate on a walk-in basis, with no scheduled appointments actually being honored. I found that statement shocking and completely unacceptable.
