Windrose Title helped my wife and I close on our house a couple days ago after a long and difficult process. They were wonderful. They were responsive and attentive, holding my hand through every step of the process, making themselves available at odd hours to accommodate our needs. They worked seamlessly with our attorney to make sure nothing was missed and we could close as quickly as possible. They were knowledgeable and offered advice about other parts of the home buying process unrelated to the transfer of title which was extremely helpful. When it came to day of closing my wife and I were on edge but they brought us into their beautiful boardroom and pampered us with beverages and snacks which was a really thoughtful and nice touch. From beginning to end I have nothing but very positive things to say about Windrose Title. I cannot recommend them enough.
