  They repaired my mom's vehicle after a slight fender bender. I couldn't have been more happy with the place we chose for the repairs. HZ does exceptional work and Eli is amazing! 10/10 recommend! This is the place to go if you want repairs done to your vehicle in a timely fashion and if you want excellent customer service!

  I cannot say enough good things about H&Z Auto Body. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding.<br><br>The work they did on my car was absolutely excellent -- the quality was meticulous, and my car looks amazing. Beyond the craftsmanship, what truly stood out was their professionalism and communication. They kept me informed every step of the way, answered all my questions patiently, and made a stressful situation so much easier to handle.<br><br>Everyone I interacted with was courteous, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. You can tell they take pride in their work and in treating customers with respect. In an industry where that's not always guaranteed, H&Z Auto Body truly goes above and beyond.<br><br>If you're looking for an auto body shop you can trust -- one that does beautiful work and communicates clearly and honestly -- this is the place. I would recommend H&Z Auto Body without hesitation and would absolutely use them again.

  Nobody want to have to go to a body shop.. but if you do.. H&Z are only ones to go too. I have had to used them a few times.. and each time they make a difficult situation..less stressful. Fortunately this time was an easy fix.. Friday I had a hit and run and my driver's mirror was broken and by Saturday it was fixed. Last time, I had an older car that was hit by a tree during covid. They got the car running, looking good as new and helped me navigate the insurance and car rental.

  Zuri the owner, was very kind and considerate he waited for me to pick up my car Saturday to fit my schedule. I can't thank them enough! Will definitely be coming back again.

  I had a great experience with H&Z Auto Body. The owner was super nice, honest, and genuinely helpful--he didn't try to upsell or make extra money off me, which I really appreciated. They fixed my car in just one day and gave me an absolutely great price. I'm definitely coming back here in the future. Highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy service!

  Horrible experience, particularly with the owner's behavior. I was referred here by my insurance company. At first, the owner seemed friendly but it turned 100% when I pointed out an issue that had not been properly addressed. After picking up my car, a dashboard warning light appeared that wasn't there before the inspection. The owner told me to replace the battery. The light remained on even after I paid $200 out of pocket for the battery. When I asked about it, the owner lost his temper out of nowhere and began yelling at me. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable, especially when dealing with customers who are simply trying to understand what went wrong. I would not recommend this place at all.
