owner has zero compassion for the dogs or the customers, terrible customer service. They are over booked and understaffed. place felt uncleaned/ not maintained. As well very sketchy communication from the owner to the clients. Paid $85 for Just a wash as they refused to finish my dogs grooming due to us arriving late to the appointment instead of just rescheduling us. Furthermore I expressed my frustration about the price for just a wash. I received no compensation and a unprofessional blocking of my cell number as if I harassed them, never did I and i was the one who was unfairly treated. I do not recommend, find a place that actually wants to help your dog feel and look better and are not just about money. I also tried to rebook to get an actual groom , the reception decided to just leave me hold for over 5 min, hoping I would just hang up. Terrible Service and Unprofessional! 8/6/26 reply to reply of my review. You just lied about our whole interaction in the reply to this review!

You were 1 hour and 10 min late with your 50 pound Golden Doodle for your grooming appointment. We spoke three times by phone, and each time you provided a different time of arrival. <br><br>At check-in, I informed both you and your sister, that we no longer have time to complete a full groom without impacting other scheduled appointments. I offered a bath service instead and explained that if a groomer happened to have extra time later, we would do the haircut, but that it could not be guarante

Like any salon with multiple stylists, once you find your go-to people, you'll get consistently great cuts every time. Prices are affordable, booking is easy, and the receptionist is fantastic- experienced and always on top of things. We've been coming for 7 months (after trying other places) and love how they help create a long-term look and work with your styling goals. (We are growing our Bichon's puppy coat out from a summer cut.) Bonus: if you have a Bichon, owner (Chelsea) and Jean absolutely nail the teddy bear cut! update: we finally grew Teddy's hair out and now he's a full-on cotton ball with a pink tail.
