Ben Kaplan is the best! He was my lawyer for a custody case that I've been battling for 10 years on and off. He helped me win in less than 1 year. He's very attentive and knowledgeable. He didn't overpower decision-making and discussed the options to make sure I had a clear understanding of what could happen either way. He was a pleasure to work with. Martin is handling two cases for my two nephews we had been to two other big-name lawyers with horrible results we were referred to Martin he is a man that puts his heart and passion into each case he is readily assessable he is the kind a man who says what he's going to do Then does what he says
