Very rude employees who are under qualified and do not obtain knowledge on items in the store. Worst Home Depot that I have ever visited and is very disorganized with items on the floor. The employees are always hiding or ignoring you. In addition when you find an employee to help you they carry a very bad attitude with you.

So disappointed! after purchasing most of the finishes for our building here in Lodi, we had issues with both our floor installers who tried to leave with two boxes of our carpet tiles when they were finished and our cabinet installers who never returned to install a cabinet door that was damaged and had to be reshipped....oh, and we found out was shipped without hardware because we ended up AFTER WAITING FOR 2 MONTHS to put it in ourselves. And fix another door that was falling off. Lodi store was of no help getting the installers here and they were called several times. Still giving them four stars because Sally in the floor department was excellent.
