Terrible never going there again I've had nothing but bad experiences with this restaurant we go for the donuts all the time and they never have anything we went for ice cream and it was the same issue we ordered a ice cream cake with Uber Eats tried calling in advance if they had it and no one responded and we ended up with a completely different cake then tried ordering another cake and it goes straight to voicemail this is the worse service I have ever had with Dunkin/ baskin-Robbin's i highly recommend the one in Bergenfield they answer phones and have pretty much everything in stock

By far the worst dunking Donuts I've been to horrible customer service and they constantly lie about what's in/out of stock. If I were the owner I would be embarrassed!

It took ten minutes to order at the door to pay they had basically no flavors available of ice cream when we got the order they kept saying we don't no when we said very clearly terrible service do not go their and poor inventory

This place has no employees working and the doors are ALWAYS LOCKED. How am I supposed to eat my favorite Baskin robin ice cream when they close before closing hours?! Who in charge of these employees cause they aren't doing anything. Do better next time .
