  I worked with Gina and had an extremely unprofessional experience. I contacted the company well before the tax deadline and followed up dozens of times by email and phone, but did not receive a response. Eventually her assistant was able to help but by then, it had been after taxes were already due. As a result, my taxes were submitted late. It was a very stressful experience.<br><br>I ended up using a different company, and they identified about $5,000 in refund savings that had not been mentioned to me here. Based on the poor communication and overall experience, I would not recommend this service and will never use this service again.
