My kitchen sink had a bad leak the day before leaving for vacation. I was greatful the workman came quickly but he INSISTED the only sink faucet he had to put in was a $600 Kohler. I said my house is not worth the most expensive faucet but I was in a hurry. $1000 for a new faucet for a cheap Pburg townhouse. Grrrrr!

Just paid for consult ... but I used him before for air-conditioning about 10 years ago when he worked for another company, but he wouldn't admit that he knew me or that he was the same person his Joe from Jordan how many of them do you know worked at my mom's house for a few hours, but never wrote an estimate. Down never showed me a reason for the very explosive estimate so I took the consultation and called another plumber

Had a pipe burst late on a Sunday. John was able to fit me in and resolve the issue quickly, & thoroughly. Price was very reasonable. John was outstanding. Would highly recommend to anyone in need of plumbing service.

Jawad is a crook he installed tankless water heater that didnt work right from day one numerous calls and texts for 8 months then claims he was out of the country lost all contacts obviously a lie kept saying new unit was ordered was waiting for it to arrive. Been over a year, I had to get another company to look at it because hes not returning calls or texts .please see pics. Hidden underneath plastic sleeve with manual was damage to the unit ge installed. Looks like he got it out of a dumpster at Lowes instead of the plumbing supply store he claimed he bought it at .I can understand now why hes not calling me back. He cant get a new unit because it was all a lie I will be getting an attorney but stay away from this guy and this company. He robbed me of 5800 and installed garbage from a dumpster

I called and they sent someone within the hour but when the plumber got here I specifically told him that all I needed was a reset because my power went out a couple days ago which caused my boiler fire to turn off and still he proceeded to hustle me with excuses to make more money out of me. I was standing right behind him while he was checking screws and said that some were loose but then proceeded with the reset and charged me $395.00. You only hustle yourself when you make excuses to take from others!!!
