  Dr. Amany Ismaiel has always taken exceptional care of my daughter. She is kind, patient, and takes the time to actually listen. She truly loves what she does and it's obvious every visit. I always feel comfortable and confident when we finish an appointment. Thank you for your help always!

  Very happy with Optum, the office is always clean plus open on the weekends!! Dr. Ismaiel is wonderful, caring, knowledgeable, and really supportive. I drive all the way just to make sure she sees my kids. We are very happy with our pediatrician! She makes both me and my children feel comfortable and cared for during every visit. I truly appreciate how thorough she is and how she explains everything clearly. It's such a relief to have a doctor we can trust with our children's health. I highly recommend her to any parent looking for a compassionate and professional pediatrician.

  Needed a new pediatrician for my child. I have to say I'm glad they were able to verify my insurance, register and get the physical and immunizations done smoothly. It's so hard to navigate the medical world and I was surprised by the service. My hope is that the quality doesn't diminish over time as the front desk staff to Dr Mathew was great! A huge plus that I can't stress enough is that they're open on Sundays! Please don't change and thank you!

  I took my kids for their annual physical and saw Dr. Matthews and she was absolutely amazing! She answered all my questions, and I didn't feel rushed at all. The medical assistant Mari was also such a sweetheart and really good with my kids. Will definitely refer people to her!

  Dr. Mathew has always been amazing with my son. She has been his pediatrician since he was about 3 or 4 he's now 16. Yazmira the med assistant was very polite and pleasant.
