  Cory navigated us through the tough housing market from 2020-2021 to find us the perfect house. Buying a house involved a lot of tough decisions and complications that could not be addressed without Cory's deep knowledge and expertise as a realtor. To run through some examples.<br><br>- We initially were eying a split level house. After a day of seeing houses, we realized we didn't really know what we wanted. Cory was able to put together all our thoughts, constantly adapt, and put together new listings in different areas every week across many, many months to finally settle on what we really valued.<br><br>- Whenever we walked into a house, Cory was well researched, but he would also pick up on the little details on the fly - were the renovations done correctly, is there a flooding concern, does the house have good airflow? His attention to detail made us feel like we could see beyond the surface of all the houses we visited.<br><br>- Cory directed us through 3 different bidding wars.

  Cory did a phenomenal job working with us to buy our first home! His optimism and knowledge of the home buying process got us from feeling stuck and overwhelmed to excited and hopeful. Starting from a document full of detailed and easy to understand answers to our numerous questions, he made sure that he was there for us ever step of the way. He was always available, flexible with his scheduling and became a great friend of the course of the last few months! We had almost given up on buying a home and within a few weeks of working with Cory not only did we see multiple viable options but we actually ended up finding a bigger space than we had been looking for while remaining under budget and in the location we were interested in!
