  November 2025<br><br>Booked an appointment with A Veronica, referred by a friend. I needed roots and haircut. She wanted to charge me $180, I said I can't do that but I can do $150. She said ok $160. Before mixing the color, I specifically said "No Reds or Golden" I like to stay in the blonde family/neutral. She mixed the color and hands it over to the assistant to do my roots and tells her be careful with her highlights. I had just gotten the highlights a few weeks ago. She went on to take care of 5 other customers. Why tell me that you will work on me from 3 to 5 when you are not even doing the work? The assistant did the all the work, including wash and blow dry. Veronica shows up after all the work is done to Trim (not Cut) my hair dry. The next day my hair looked reddish, picture attached. I contacted her, I disputed the transaction and she wanted me to pass by to get a $50 refund. The roots were $90, overall I paid $160. It cost me $40 in Uber to get there and back. She never off

  Veronica is the best around. Been coming to her for years for my haircuts and she always does an amazing job. I recently moved to Central Jersey, and even with the distance, I still make the hour drive just to get my haircut from her !

  I had an amazing experience at Posh Salon in Englewood! I came in with some horrible highlights that I was really unhappy with, and Veronica completely transformed my hair. She covered the unwanted highlights giving me the exact color I had originally been looking for. The staff was professional, friendly, and really listened to what I wanted. The results are fantastic! My hair looks and feels better than ever. Highly recommend Posh Salon to anyone looking for great service and a flawless hair transformation!<br><br>Edited to add that I had such a great experience at Posh Nails! The salon is brand new and everything is spotless and beautifully set up. The nail tech who worked on me did an amazing job. She really took her time and paid attention to every detail. My nails have honestly never looked better. You can tell they truly care about the quality of their work. I'll definitely be coming back for hair color and nails at the same time!

  We have been going to Posh Salon in Englewood for more than 15 years, and we've always had a great experience. Veronica, the owner, and her staff are true professionals and make everyone feel welcome.<br><br>Veronica really takes the time to listen to what you want and makes sure you're happy with the results every step of the way. She's also very knowledgeable and gives helpful suggestions on styles and hair products that work best for your hair type.<br><br>The salon is always very clean, neat, and well maintained, and you can tell they keep up with the latest tools and techniques. The prices are also very reasonable for the quality of service.<br><br>We highly recommend Posh Salon to anyone looking for a reliable and professional hair salon in Englewood.
