First and foremost I want to say that I had used JC's Pump and Repair in the past for my residence and my place of business. We were pleased with Jacob and especially with his father's work. I tried to get Jacob on the phone for months...with no reply, so we moved on to another plumber. Recently, we tried Jacob again when we needed a new toilet and drain in our master bedroom bath. Jacob answered and we were happy that he did. Jacob came to our house, took pictures of the toilet we wanted and said he would be back. Jacob did return with a toilet that would be appropriate for a hallway1/2 bathroom or a bathroom that is too small for a full size toilet. In addition, he installed a drain in the master sink that was faulty (too low to drain properly). I was distracted the day he came to do this work, as I was speaking to our grief counselor. (Recently lost both my Mom and Dad) so, Jacob was paid $700 in a check for completed work that he said was guaranteed. Once we realized that the toile

This company is so awesome!! Hands down!! I called and received immediate service.. The guys were here in no time. They provided me with great quality work , professionalism, skills and respect.. the prices were very affordable and they didn't leave my home a wreck!!!! I love great affordable and fast service!!! I would recommend these guys to everyone!!! I will definitely be giving these guys a call again!!! Thanks guys great job well done!!!

Cooper Pump repair did excellent service when I needed it the most. Clarence and his dad Willie were on time,and did everything they could to keep my price at a moderate rate.my water heater burst in the middle of the night,they came when they said they would fixed the problem even cleaned up the soiled area...I would recommend them to all my friends and strangers if they need any plumbing services.
